ศาลสั่งคุกอดีตนักมวยคาดเชือกช่วยแม่ค้าถูกคนร้ายพยายามขืนใจ พลาดเตะจนตาย
วันนี้ (9กรกฏาคม) ศาลอาญา ออกนั่งบัลลังก์ อ่านคำพิพากษาคดีความผิดต่อชีวิต ซึ่งพนักงานอัยการพิเศษฝ่ายคดีอาญา 7 เป็นโจทก์ยื่นฟ้อง นส.อรุณี ทองพรม และนายอัศวิน วงค์วิทยา เป็นจำเลยในความผิดฐานร่วมกันฆ่าผู้อื่น พาอาวุธ ไปในเมือง หรือทางสาธารณะโดยเปิดเผยโดยไม่มีเหตุอันควร จากกรณี นายอัศวิน ซึ่งเป็นอดีตนักมวยคาดเชือก ได้เข้าให้การช่วยเหลือ น.ส.อรุณี อดีตแม่ค้าขายพระเครื่อง ย่านสนามหลวง ถูกนายยะ ไม่ทราบนามสกุล อาชีพ เก็บขยะขาย ที่อยู่ในอาการเมาเหล้าสุราได้พยายามเข้ามาปลุกปล้ำข่มขืน และร้องขอความช่วยเหลือจากนายอัศวิน ที่ขายเชือกสายร่ม สำหรับแขวนพระมีแผงตั้งขายอยู่ใกล้เคียงกัน และวิ่งเข้าไปเตะผู้ตายหลายทีจนล้มฟุบลง จากนั้น น.ส.อรุณีเป็นผู้หยิบมีดคัตเตอร์ ที่วางอยู่บนโต๊ะขายของกรีดที่หน้าใบหน้า ของนายยะไปหลายทีจนเลือดไหลและเสียชีวิต เหตุเกิดเมื่อกลางดึกของคืนวันที่ 29 ส.ค.2548
ศาลพิเคราะห์แล้ว เห็นว่า น.ส.อรุณี จำเลยที่ 1 รู้จักกับผู้ตายมาเป็นเวลานาน และเหตุที่ทำลง เพราะถูกทำร้ายร่างกายและถูกล่วงละเมิดทางเพศ เห็นว่าเป็นการบันดาลโทสะ พิพากษาว่า จำเลยมีความผิดฐานร่วมกันทำร้ายผู้อื่นจนถึงแก่ความตาย ลงโทษจำคุก 2 ปี ความผิดฐาน พาอาวุธ ไปในเมืองหรือ ทางสาธารณะโดยเปิดเผย โดยไม่มีเหตุอันควร ปรับ 100 บาท จำเลยให้การรับสารภาพลดโทษให้กึ่งหนึ่ง คงจำคุกจำเลย 1 ปี 1 เดือน ปรับ 50 บาท ส่วนจำเลยที่ 2 มีความผิดฐานร่วมกันทำร้ายผู้อื่นเป็นให้ถึงแก่ความตาย ลงโทษจำคุกเป็นเวลา 3 ปี จำเลยให้การรับสารภาพ ลดโทษให้กึ่งหนึ่ง คงจำคุกจำเลยไว้ 1 ปี 6 เดือน.

The problem situation has happened 29 August 2007 The court has had judge the 1st criminal Ms. Aruni. She known the executed for long times, And the reason, Because she has taking rape and invades. Lawyer has judge her that. mad murder, And joining someone or something to murder. Guilt by go to jail 2 years Reason is deliver the weapon into public and using for unnecessary. 100฿ fine She has report herself, and taking mercies taking jails 1 years 50฿ fine 2nd He has murdered somebody go to jail for 3 years .He has reported himself.
